How do I make a gift of real estate?

Donors who are considering a gift of real estate property should contact the Shippensburg University Foundation for specific information regarding property descriptions and appraisals, acceptability, environmental issues, and other requirements related to such gifts.  A gift of real estate is complete when the Foundation receives a properly executed deed transferring ownership from the donor to Shippensburg University Foundation.
