Individual leases mean that you are responsible for damages to your bedroom only but equally responsible for damages to the commons areas of the apartment such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

*"Double Up" rate applies when there are more than 2 people in a 2 bedroom apartment and more than 3 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. A minimum of 2 signed leases are required to reserve an apartment.
