Shippensburg University Foundation Leadership Gift Clubs

             Every gift to the Annual Fund makes a difference, and leadership gifts have the greatest impact at Shippensburg University . For the past two decades, the leadership giving levels within the Annual Fund have remained the same. Meanwhile, per capita state support has steadily decreased and now provides less than 40% of the University’s operating budget. Adding to this situation is the fact, that over time, the purchasing power of a gift decreases.

             In order to bridge the funding gap, it has become necessary for the Shippensburg University Foundation to increase the President’s Club and Fountain Society minimum contribution levels by $50 each. In addition, two new prestigious leadership levels have been added to recognize benefactors who give at the $5,000 and $10,000 levels annually.

    1871 Visionary Society     $10,000 or more annually

    Hilltop Heritage Society    $5,000-$9,999 annually

Leadership Gift Clubs

    Board of Fellows            $2,500-$4,999 annually

    Tower Associates          $1,000-$2,499 annually

    Friends of Old Main        $500-$999 annually

    Fountain Society            $300-$499 annually

    President's Club             $200-$299 annually
