  Navigating into the Future - The Campaign for Shippensburg University reflects both a commitment to the University's traditions and a careful consideration of the challenges ahead. Following extensive and inclusive planning and consultation by the Shippensburg University Foundation and the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees, including a joint planning session, the two groups voted on September 18, 1999, to undertake a comprehensive campaign.  
   
   
     
  THE CAMPAIGN, with components totaling $40 million, will touch every facet of the University. The components are:  
  HIGH-PRIORITY FACILITIES, including a new PERFORMING ARTS CENTER;  
  ENDOWMENT;    
  TECHNOLOGY;  
  THE ANNUAL FUND;
