Shippensburg University and the Shippensburg University Foundation are dedicated to the belief that a challenging educational program, combined with the opportunity to compete in intercollegiate athletics, is a very effective preparation for a life of learning as well as success in any profession. The athletic teams at Shippensburg University have always maintained a high standard of excellence.  Through their determination and athletic prowess, our student athletes have established themselves as significant players in collegiate sports.  With unmatched pride, Shippensburg student-athletes have truly lived up to their reputable status.

In order for our teams to stay competitive and continue their longstanding tradition of excellence, private support is needed to offer increased athletic grant-in-aid and other financial resources for our student athletes.  Support from alumni, parents, friends, businesses and the community is vital in maintaining the University’s athletic opportunities.

Contributions to the SU Foundation’s Raiders Club also provide our coaches with valuable resources to assist with recruitment efforts, purchase uniforms and equipment, and offset travel costs.  Contributions to the entire athletic program can be made to support the Raiders Club or you may choose to enhance a particular team.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: Various membership benefits are associated with each membership level within the Raiders Club.  All members receive special Raider Club communications, and the names of all contributors are listed in athletic programs and the Foundation Annual Report and Honor Roll of Donors.  Contributions to the Raiders Club are also eligible for membership in the Foundation Annual Fund Gift Clubs.
