Members of the Luhrs Center Circle of Friends, through the Shippensburg University Foundation, help to advance the mission of the Luhrs Center and ensure that the arts continue to thrive in the Cumberland Valley and throughout the region.  Contributions to the Circle of Friends assist the staff in bringing high-quality, affordable programming to the Luhrs Center.

By becoming a Friend, you will:

• Help nurture an arts-oriented lifestyle in the Cumberland Valley
• Invest in the future of the arts as the Luhrs Center reaches out to students of all ages
• Provide funding that will allow the Luhrs Center to attract top-notch performances
• Help keep ticket prices affordable for those who may not be able to afford  prices commensurate with the quality programming that the Luhrs Center provides

Various membership benefits are associated with each membership level within the Circle of Friends.  All Friends receive advance notification and communication of programs and events, and the names of all Friends are listed in performance programs and the Shippensburg University Foundation Annual Report Honor Roll of Donors.  Contributions to the Circle of Friends are also eligible for membership in the Shippensburg University Foundation Annual Fund Gift Clubs.
