 The Shippensburg University Foundation, a nonprofit IRS Sec. 501(c)(3) organization independent from Shippensburg University, secures funds for the benefit of the students and programs of the University. Created in 1977, the SU Foundation secures annual and capital support for, but not limited to, scholarships, student/faculty research, cultural programming, equipment, facilities and other University priorities. In addition to seeking private donations and grants, the SU Foundation also provides quality off-campus student housing at College Park Commons and Hot Point Commons, manages endowed funds and operates the on-campus Child and Family Center. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors. |
